    Registration and Payment

     

    The registration fee covers daily lunch, tea breaks and conference materials.

     

    The registration fee does not cover any kind of insurance. Overseas participants are recommended to make arrangements for their own travel or personal insurance.

     

     

    Cancellation Policy

     

    For cancellations made more than 7 days after your registration is received by the organizer and

    1) payment has been made by delegate(s), the organizer will not provide any refunds to the delegate(s).

    2) payment has not been made by delegate, the invoiced fee remains payable in full by the delegate(s).

     

    Should you wish to cancel your registration within the 7 day cooling off period after your online registration, we will refund your registration fee less an administration fee of SGD100 per delegate.

     

    Any cancellation must be made in writing to info@dvels.org and acknowledged by the organizer.

     

     

    Non-attendance

     

    For non-attendance with no notifications was received and acknowledged by the organizer on cancellations within 7 days from online registration, the invoiced fee remains payable in full by the delegate(s).

     

    The organizer will issue receipt as proof to any delegate who is unable to attend and who has paid in full.

     

     

    Delegate Substitution

     

    If you are unable to attend this event, a substitute delegate may be sent to replace you at no extra charge. All substitutions must be made in writing and sent by email via info@dvels.org.

     

     

    Event Cancellation and Changes

     

    The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. In the event of event being cancelled, a refund of the conference fee will be made but no compensation will be paid for any additional costs incurred.

     

    All speakers and topics are correct at the time of printing. The organizer reserves the right to substitute speakers and cancel or alter the content and timing of the programme for reasons beyond its control.

     

     

    Travel and Accomodation Policy

     

    The organizer is not responsible for the purchase of non refundable airline tickets or the cancellation and changes in fees connected with air travel or hotel accommodation room charges and booking charges. We retain the right to cancel an event up to three weeks before its scheduled dates.

     

    The organizers will not accept liability for non-approval of visas, individual transport delays and transport disruption, and in such circumstances our normal cancellation rules and penalties apply. Where matters beyond the reasonable control of the organizers impair or prevent the organizers from being able to perform their obligation under events, the client releases the organizers from any liability, incidental or consequential to such matters.
